Case Manager
Job Overview
- Travel/contract role in West Hollywood, California
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift: 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Case Management (3 years of experience)
- Case Management experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting
- Acute Hospital Case Management Experience
- Flu vaccination required; no exemptions allowed
Additional Notes
- No weekend, floating, or on-call requirement
- EPIC is highly preferred
- No scheduling requests can be accommodated
Compliance / Onboarding
- Government-issued photo ID required
- 2 professional references required, including 1 supervisory reference
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit test within 1 year, updated annually
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- Hepatitis B documentation required
- MMR immunity documentation required for measles, mumps, and rubella
- Varicella immunity documentation required
- Drug screening required within 1 year of start
- Lab work must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract
- Background check and education verification required
- Photo for badge required
- Signed facility acknowledgements and policies required
- Modules required prior to start
