**Join Our Dynamic ICU Flex Team as a Night Shift RN!** **Job Description:** - Are you an experienced ICU nurse looking for a fulfilling night shift opportunity? - We are seeking a dedicated RN to join our ICU Float Team, specializing in: - Medical HVCC - Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) - Intermediate Care (IMC) **Unit Highlights:** - 32-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit (ICU) - Licensed for Neuro Critical Care patients - Supportive staffing and collaborative environment **Your Role:** - Flex to various ICU specialties as needed - Provide top-notch care for complex cases including: - SEPSIS - End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) & Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) with CRRT/CVVH - Post-cardiac arrest care - Respiratory failure **Requirements:** - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Level 1 ICU - Preferred experience in a Medical ICU (MICU) setting - Required Certifications: - NIHSS - BLS - ACLS (American Heart Association) **Shift Information:** - 12-hour Night shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM - Flexibility for 48-hour contracts available - Holiday coverage required **Additional Considerations:** - Seeking strong ICU nurses with solid backgrounds - Candidates with only 1 year of experience as new graduates may not fit the unit's needs **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
