Overview
This is a large, high-acuity emergency care unit with 118 beds. The patient population includes behavioral health, boarding, emergency/trauma, and critically ill/ICU-level patients.

- Unit size/beds: 118
- Typical ratio: 1:6
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
- BLS
- ACLS
Additional Notes
- Nurses must be comfortable managing complex and unstable patients
- Strong critical care skills, adaptability, and comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced environment are expected
