**Join Our Dynamic Healthcare Team!** - Are you ready to elevate your nursing career while working in an exciting travel position? - We're seeking passionate healthcare professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to make a significant impact! **Key Requirements:** - Must be willing to work upcoming holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) — note: this does not guarantee shifts on all holidays. - Previous travel experience is essential. - Must possess strong telemetry skills and be able to read telemetry strips efficiently. - Travelers will undergo testing during orientation on arrhythmia readings, moderate sedation, and heparin distribution. - Failure to pass will result in cancellation of the contract. - Required certifications before the start of your assignment: - BLS (AHA) - ACLS (AHA) - NIHSS - CPI (or MAB) **Additional Details:** - The facility reserves the right to cancel one shift every four weeks during the contract. - Floating may be required within your scope of practice. - Ideal candidates: - Have at least 2 years of ICU experience in the last three years. - Must be flexible with scheduling and able to work weekends. - Should refrain from requesting excessive time off. - Must ensure reliability and transparency throughout the assignment. - Charge or preceptor roles may be required and will be reflected on your timesheet. - Compliance clearance is mandatory 10 days prior to orientation. - Orientation dates available for RN Specialties include ED, Med Surg, Tele, Forensics (M/S-Tele), ICU, NICU, Postpartum, Labor & Delivery. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
