Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
BLS

Assignment Details

Contract length: 13 weeks
Credentialing includes contract QA
Equipment is provided during interview
Parking is provided on the first day
Dress code will be provided on the first day
30-day notice

Additional Notes

Candidates with recent perm/PRN work history at ATI within the last year are not eligible to return
Candidates with prior ATI traveler or older perm/PRN history may need rehire eligibility review before submission
