Required Qualifications

Active permanent Arizona license required
Experience in setting
ACLS
BLS/BCLS
PALS
NRP

Assignment Notes

Candidate must complete some documentation directly with ATI before clearance to start
Candidates who worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year are not eligible to return until one year after separation
Candidates with prior ATI traveler history, or perm/PRN history more than one year ago, must be reviewed for rehire eligibility
Compact license may be used to start, but permanent Arizona license must be obtained right away
For South Carolina submissions, a permanent license is required and compact licenses are not accepted
