RN Case Management
Overview
- Travel assignment in El Paso, Texas
- 13-week contract
- Day shift: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- 36 hours per week
- No call required
- Rotating weekends
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS
- Case Management (2 years of experience)
- Case Management experience within the last year
- Acute Hospital Case Management Experience
Work Setting
- Case management role supporting inpatient and observation patients
- Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team on discharge planning and care coordination
- Uses InterQual in the care progression review process
Schedule Details
- 5 eight-hour shifts per week
- Rotating weekends
