Exciting RN Float Position in PCU! Join a dynamic float team and enhance your nursing career! Work a minimum of every other weekend with flexible scheduling to meet unit and patient care needs. Requirements: • AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required; NIHSS prior to start. • Minimum of 1 year of telemetry experience needed. • Proficient in insulin drips, cardiac drips, starting IVs, and post cardiac catheterization care. • Epic experience from within the last 2 years is mandatory. • NY nursing license, or proof of application with submission date, required in your application packet. Note: NY licensing can take 6-8 weeks; we will consider this for your start date. Additional Information: • IVS to OFFER. • Orientation held bi-weekly on Mondays. • Flexible scheduling Monday to Sunday, with no block schedules. • Ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained in your application. • Complete work history information is required for submission, including bed count, EMR, facility type, etc. Important Note: • Public transportation is NOT accessible in this area; reliable transportation is essential. • Personal or rental vehicles are strongly recommended. • Ensure your vehicle is equipped with all-season or snow tires for the months of November through April.
