**Join Our Team as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)!** **Job Description:** - Dive into an exciting role with a dynamic schedule that adapts to the needs of the unit and patient care. - Engage with patients of all age groups in a stimulating environment that includes ICU and ED floors. - Participate in a rotation requiring a minimum of every other weekend and flexibility to meet holiday needs. - Contribute to care during critical holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Day. **Requirements:** - Must hold RRT, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, and NRP certifications. - Experience in neonate and pediatric care is essential; involvement in NICU/PICU is a plus. - At least 2 years of hands-on clinical experience required. - Thorough documentation of all specialties worked in each employment entry is necessary. - Must have EPIC experience within the last 2 years; this is non-negotiable. **Additional Information:** - Employment offers will be made via IVS. - Work schedules span Monday through Sunday, with no block scheduling available. - Bi-weekly orientations are held on Mondays; check for the next available session. - Any employment gaps over 90 days must be explained in detail. - Complete work history information including bed count, EMR, facility type, etc., is required for submission. **Disclaimers:** - Public transportation is not accessible in this area; reliable transportation is essential. - Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November to April. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
