**Exciting Opportunity for RN – Resource Pool, Float, M/S Tele** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Resource Pool, with a focus on M/S Telemetry and ED Hold patients. - **Assignment Details:** - Start Date: 11/16 - Duration: 16-26 weeks - Flexible scheduling with every other weekend commitment - Travelers must work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas/Christmas Eve, New Year’s Day/Eve) - **Requirements:** - Minimum of 1 year nursing experience - AHA BLS certification (CMSRN preferred) - NIHSS certification required prior to start - Recent Epic experience (within 2 years) is nonnegotiable - NY state nursing license or proof of application required - **Facility Information:** - Total Facility Beds: 341 - Units: M/S TELE ED Hold + Resource Float - Nurse-To-Patient Ratio: - R5: 1:4 - R6: 1:4 - R7: 1:5 - Support Staff: - CNA/PCT available - Unit clerks provided - **Shift Details:** - Monday to Sunday - Flexible, non-block scheduling - Orientation: Bi-weekly, next available on 11/30 - **Patient Population:** - Diagnoses include Med Surg Oncology, Orthopedics, and Urology - Age Range: 25-99 - **Technical Requirements:** - Proficiency with IV pumps, bladder scanners, and glucose monitoring - Familiarity with documentation systems (EPIC) is essential - **Dress Code:** - Scrubs: Navy Blue & White, solid colors in combination - Footwear: Comfortable shoes - Minimal jewelry, groomed hair/beard - **Transportation:** - Reliable personal or rental vehicle is strongly recommended - Note: Public transportation is not accessible in this area **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
