**Exciting Opportunity for a Resource Pool RN!** **Job Description:** - **Assignment Duration:** 16-26 weeks - **Start Date:** ASAP - **Unit:** M/S Tele ED Hold + Resource Float - **Total Facility Beds:** 341 **Shift Details:** - **Work Schedule:** Monday to Sunday - **Shift Hours:** Will be posted - **Weekend Requirements:** Mandatory every other weekend - **Charge Required:** No - **Floating Required:** Yes (To R5, R6, R7 units and potentially other tele units) **Position Requirements:** - **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year required - **Certifications:** - AHA BLS required - CMSRN preferred - **NIHSS:** Required prior to starting - **Epic Experience:** Must have within the last 2 years (non-negotiable) - **License:** Must possess a NY license or proof of application **Orientation and Employment Requirements:** - **Orientation:** Bi-weekly on Mondays - **Employment Gaps:** All gaps over 90 days must be explained - **Complete Work History:** Required for submission (including bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) **Patient Care Details:** - **Nurse-Patient Ratios:** - R5: 1:4 - R6: 1:4 - R7: 1:5 (Adjustments can be made) - **Ancillary Support:** - CNA/PCT available - Unit Clerk/Secretary present on each shift **Additional Information:** - **Dress Code:** - Scrubs (Navy Blue & White in solid colors) - Comfortable shoes - Minimal jewelry - Neat grooming required (no nail polish or acrylic nails) - **Documentation System:** EPIC - **Special Equipment:** IV Pumps, Bladder Scanner available, Respiratory support 24/7 - **Unit Specific Procedures:** IVs, blood draws off central lines, glucose monitoring **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
