Occupational Therapist

Job Overview

Location: Longview, Texas
Employment type: Travel

Specialty: Neonatal ICU

Shift: Days, 6:45 AM to 2:30 PM

Required Qualifications

Valid Pediatric Occupational Therapist license in Texas
Pediatric Occupational Therapist (2 years of experience)
Pediatric Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Occupational Therapist experience

Assignment Details

No floating
No call
No 48-hour shifts
No block scheduling
Solid color scrubs required
Traveler must live more than 50 miles from the facility

Clinical Setting

21 beds
OT caseload patients are seen 3 to 5 times per week
Staffing in NICU includes one OT and one ST

Submission Notes

Submissions missing required information will be rejected
Permanent home address and SS# must be included on submission
