Registered Nurse Case Manager
Overview
- Contract role in Sitka, Alaska
- Outpatient ambulatory clinic setting
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- 13-week contract
- 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Alaska
- Case Management (1 year of experience)
- Case Management experience within the last year
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred
- Case Management certification
- Bachelor’s degree
Experience / Start Requirements
- Direct hire candidates must have applied for an Alaska nursing license before the start date
- Start date is at least 6 weeks after fingerprint cards are received in Juneau
Assignment Notes
- No housing or transportation is provided
- Traveler must live at least 100 miles from the facility address to be eligible for submission
- May float to other departments or assignments as needed
