Behavioral Health RN

Overview

Travel RN position in Holyoke, Massachusetts
40 guaranteed hours per week
13-week contract
Orientation is biweekly on Tuesdays
Local candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered travel

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Massachusetts
Behavioral Health (1 year of experience)
Behavioral Health experience within the last year
BLS
HWC
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience in a(n) Inpatient Behavioral Health setting

Schedule

Shift details were not specified
Weekend coverage is every other weekend or as needed
No call required
Block scheduling is not available

Patient Population

Behavioral health patients including schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, and anxiety
Adult, pediatric ages 5–17, and geriatric patients

Facility Notes

104 beds across five units
Patient ratio is 1:8, with lower ratios in geriatric and pediatric areas
Blue scrubs required
