Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Washington
- BLS
Credentialing / Onboarding
- Candidate must complete some documentation directly with ATI before clearance to start
- Contract QA is required
Additional Notes
- Equipment is provided during interview
- Parking is provided on the first day
- Dress code will be provided on the first day
- 30-day notice
- Not eligible to return if previously worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year
- If previously worked as a traveler or perm/PRN more than a year ago, eligibility for rehire must be reviewed before submission
