- EPLS/GSA/SAM screening within 1 year of start and updated annually
- HHS/OIG screening within 1 year of start and updated annually
- Fingerprint results and client attestation for Colorado
- State teaching certificate verification
- FERPA acknowledgment
- Orientation safety manual acknowledgment
