**Exciting Opportunity for RN in Resource Pool/Float Position!** **Job Description:** - **Start Date:** MUST START WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK - **Licensure:** NY license is required at the time of submission - **Experience:** A minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience - **Certifications:** - AHA BLS required - CMSRN preferred - NIHSS certification will be required prior to starting - **Epic Experience:** Required from within the past 2 years (non-negotiable) **Position Details:** - **Unit:** M/S TELE ED Hold + Resource Float - **Total Facility Beds:** 341 - **Patient Ratios:** - R5: 1:4 - R6: 1:4 - R7: 1:5 (adjustments can be made) - **Staffing:** - R5: 3 Nurses, 1 Unit Clerk - R6: 3 Nurses, 1 Unit Clerk - R7: 4 Nurses, 1 Unit Clerk - **Schedule:** - Available Monday to Sunday - No block schedules for any reason - Every other weekend required - Float as scheduled to R5, R6, R7, and potentially other tele units **Additional Information:** - **Transportation:** Reliable personal vehicle or rental vehicle strongly recommended; public transportation is NOT accessible - **Orientation:** 1 day - **Documentation System:** EPIC - **Dress Code:** - Scrubs: Navy Blue & White (solid colors in any combination) - Shoes: Comfortable - Jewelry: Minimal - Hair/Beard: Groomed **Special Notes:** - IVs, bladder scans, blood draws off central lines, and glucose monitoring will be part of your responsibilities. - Prepare to work with ED HOLD patients in a dynamic and supportive environment. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
