Pediatric CVICU RN — Phoenix, Arizona
Overview
- Contract role
- 36 hours per week
- Days or nights available
- Start date: 9/28/26
- Contract length: 26 weeks
Location
- Phoenix, Arizona
- May float between multiple locations in the Phoenix area
- May float between NICU and PICU
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Arizona
- 2 years of experience in CVPICU
- CVPICU experience within the last year
- Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Current PALS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience
- PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care experience
Preferred Experience
- Experience at a hospital with a Level III or IV NICU
- Experience floating to NICU and PICU
- Children’s hospital experience
Education
- ADN, BSN, or Diploma in Nursing
Compliance / Health Requirements
- Flu vaccination is required October through April
- Flu exemption applications must be approved before starting
- If not vaccinated for flu or COVID-19, declination and masking protocol agreements are required, and masking is required during the full respiratory virus season
- COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required
Additional Notes
- Shift will be decided in the interview
- Only time off discussed in the interview will be pre-approved
- NRP is preferred
