Occupational Therapy

Overview

Contract assignment in Waimea, Hawaii
13 weeks
32 hours per week
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a 12:00–1:00 PM lunch
Must be able to work Saturdays

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Hawaii
Occupational Therapist with 2 years of experience
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
BLS

Role Summary

Provides occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for inpatients and outpatients
Performs ADL-focused assessment and treatment, including strength, ROM, and functional evaluation
Develops and implements treatment plans under general supervision
Maintains treatment records and coordinates with nursing and the interdisciplinary team
May provide OT services for a specific unit, center, or facility

Additional Notes

Holiday pay is based on hours worked on New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day
Compliance items must be completed after confirmation
