CT Tech

Overview

Employment type: Travel
Location: Charleston, South Carolina
Unit: RAD/CT
Setting: Free standing emergency room
Schedule: Every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees
Hours per week: 36
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in South Carolina
CT Technologist (2 years of experience)
CT Technologist experience within the last year
ARRT (R)(CT)
BLS
SCRQSA
General radiology technologist experience

Unit Details

Unit size: 12 ED rooms
Staffing: 1 RAD/CT tech per 12-hour shift
Procedures: Emergency department x-ray and CT examinations
Equipment: GE Optima 660 CT, GE Proteus x-ray

Additional Notes

Documentation system: Meditech
Dress code: Gray scrubs
Potential schedule variation: May rotate to other shifts based upon staffing needs
