CVICU/CCU RN
Overview
- Contract RN role in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
- 13-week contract.
- 12-hour night shifts, including weekend rotation.
- Must agree to call rotation and take 1 call shift per 2-week period if requested due to staffing needs.
- Housing is available during the assignment, based on availability, at additional cost.
Unit / Clinical Setting
- CVICU with coverage for CCU as well.
- 2 Cath Labs, including 1 Hybrid Cath Lab.
- Strong CVICU skills are required.
- Day 0 CVICU experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Colorado.
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
- 3 years of CVICU experience.
- CVICU experience within the last year.
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- PALS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Experience working with cardiac patients.
- Experience in a critical care setting.
- Experience with immediate post-operative care.
- Flu vaccination required from Oct 1 through April 1; no declinations accepted.
Submission Requirements

- Skills sheet including CVICU skills.
- Nursys RN license.
- Proof of flu vaccine.
