RN Rehab

Overview

Travel RN role in Winchester, Tennessee
13-week contract
36 hours per week
1 opening
Weekly orientation on Mondays
Candidates must live 60 miles or more away to be considered travel

Unit

Inpatient Rehab unit
12 beds
Adult and Geriatric patient population
Rarely, if ever, floated to other units

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee
Rehabilitation (1 year of experience)
Rehabilitation experience within the last year
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience in an Acute Care setting

Additional Notes

Inpatient rehab is an acute care unit where patients are medically managed but stable enough to do 3 hours of therapy a day
Common diagnoses/treatments include Stroke, Parkinson's, S/P CABG, S/P orthopedic surgery, Debility, TBI, and Multi trauma
