Occupational Therapist - Home Health
Role Overview
- Occupational Therapist - Home Health
- Home health assignment based in Alameda County, with territory expanding as needed
- Day shift, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
- Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
- Experience in a Home Health setting
Responsibilities
- Prioritize start of care visits
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
- Submit start of care visit reporting by the next day
- Complete clinical notes and other documentation within 48 hours of the visit
- Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office
- Be responsive during normal business hours
Training
- 3 full days of training: 1 in house and 2 in the field

- Mileage reimbursement: $0.655/mile from first to last patient
- Parking and toll reimbursement: paid
- Company car option available with a decreased bill rate
