RN ICU
Role Overview
Travel RN assignment in the Burn Unit / (678), on the 4th floor of the Main building.
Unit Details
- 8 beds
- Staffed by 19
- Patient ratio: 1:2 to 1:3
- Equipment: GE monitors, Plum IV Pumps
- EMR: Meditech
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Colorado
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Burn ICU (1 year of experience)
- Burn ICU experience within the last year
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
Preferred Qualifications
- Team oriented
- Good communication skills
Clinical Focus
- ICU assessment
- Ventilator management
- Fluid resuscitation
- Wound care
- Pain management
- Care of critical burn patients during the acute phase and through recovery phases
Schedule
- 36 hours per week
- 13-week contract
