Overview
- Travel/Contract assignment in Torrance, California
- Start date: ASAP
- Contract length: 16 weeks
- Shift: Night, 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
- Hours per week: 36
- Patient ratio: 1:4
- First-time travelers accepted
- Weekend requirement: Every other weekend, 6–8 shifts per contract
- May float to Peds and may be required to float to another Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center location
- Open to block schedule at manager discretion
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of ED - Emergency Department experience
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Pending license not accepted
- RTO must be included at time of submission
Additional Notes
- Local radius is 50 miles; local pay is $10 less
- On-call not required
- Guaranteed hours: facility may call off once per two-week pay period
- Scrub color: any color
