**Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg CWR!** **Job Description:** - Are you a passionate Registered Nurse looking to make a significant impact in patient care? - Join us and take on the exciting challenge of evaluating patients and assisting physicians with top-notch medical care! **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, implement, and document high-quality nursing care tailored to patient needs. - Identify patient needs and set care priorities through thorough assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - Develop and coordinate individualized care plans based on ongoing assessments. - Initiate patient assessments addressing specific problems or needs, aligning with physician diagnoses and the functional health framework. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions to provide optimal patient care. - Manage the care of diverse patients, ensuring all documentation meets standards of care and practice. - Advocate for evidence-based practices and support innovative care delivery methods. - Deliver patient-centric care consistent with our professional nursing practice model. - Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned. **Required Skills & Experience:** - A minimum of 2 years of recent, robust Med-Surg experience. **Required Hard Skills:** - General Medical Surgical Nursing - Vent/Trach Care - Perinatal Dialysis - Telemetry **Required Soft Skills:** - Exceptional General Med Surg Skills - Epic EMR Proficiency **Education Requirements:** - Required: ASN - Preferred: BSN **Certifications & Licensure:** - Required: - NJ RN License - BLS Certification (AHA) - NIHSS Certification - CEU Contact Stroke (4 Hours) - Telemetry Certified **Schedule Notes:** - Shift: Night Shift - Hours Per Week: 36 - Float Requirement: Yes **Languages:** - English: Read, Write, Speak **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
