RN - Emergency Dept

Overview

Travel RN position in the Emergency Department
1 opening
36 guaranteed hours per week
16-week contract
Weekend hours: as needed/every other
Call: as needed
Float: as needed
Serves all ages
34 beds
Patient ratio: 1:5

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
ACLS
BLS
Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (CPI)
NIHSS
PALS or ENPC
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting

Preferred Qualifications

None stated

Experience / Skills

ER acute hospital setting experience

Additional Notes

Open to 48-hour scheduling
Guaranteed and block scheduling
Random drug screening required
Criminal Questionnaire/Consent Form required
Orientation is bi-weekly on Tuesdays
