Physical Therapist

Overview

Travel assignment in Fort Mohave, Arizona
13-week contract
32 guaranteed hours per week
2 openings
Shift: 8-5pm
Every other weekend

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS
Requires a master's-level degree, with no specific field of study named

Preferred

Open to new grads

Acute Rehab Unit – 376J
12 beds
Patient ratio: 6:1
Patient population: 18+

Float Scope

May float to eval and treat medsurg and ICU patients as needed
