PT Acute Care Hospital
Overview
- Travel/Contract assignment in Mission Viejo, California
- Acute care inpatient physical therapy role
- Local candidates are accepted
- Day shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:30
- 40 hours per week
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Setting
- Acute Care Hospital
- 488 staffed beds
- May be required to float to another Providence facility
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in California
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
- Experience working with Trauma patients
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Trauma experience
Schedule
- Scheduled Monday–Friday
- Required to work 3 weekend shifts per 6 weeks
- May be expected to work days on either side of holidays
Additional Notes
- First-time travelers are accepted with acute care experience
- Must be able to work independently if no trauma experience
- Epic charting is used
- Free parking is available
