RRT - Respiratory Therapy
Role Overview
- Travel Respiratory Therapist role in Seattle, Washington.
- Provides Cardiopulmonary Services.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Washington.
- Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year.
- 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
- ACLS issued by the American Heart Association.
- BLS issued by the American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Follows protocols approved by medical staff and department policy and procedures.
- Assists physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures.
- Delivers medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas.
- Maintains airways.
- Performs ventilator management.
- Inserts arterial lines.
- Performs intubations.
- Conducts pulmonary function studies.
- Performs cardiac and pulmonary stress tests.
- Obtains blood gases.
Assignment Details
- 36 hours per week.
- 12-week contract.
