Job Opportunity: Nursing (Emergency Room or Med/Surg) - California, Alturas

Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Flexible position covering either Med/Surg or Emergency Room based on department needs.
Must be able to collaborate effectively with all levels within the organization.
Requires strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Must be a team player, respectful, confidential, considerate, and accountable.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Emergency Room Nurse (highest required experience).
Current California nursing license in good standing.
Mandatory certifications: ACLS, PALS, CPR.
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required within one year of hire.
Must complete Sexual Harassment Prevention Training annually (certificate required prior to start).

Additional Requirements

All nursing staff must wear Caribbean Blue scrubs.
Compliance with California regulations for temporary workers regarding harassment prevention training.
