Description

Diagnostic Imaging Technologist (Rad Tech/CT Tech) - Contract Position

Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Certifications and Licenses

ARRT (R) Certification (Radiologic Technologist)
ARRT (CT) Certification (Computed Tomography)
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association)
Flu Vaccine (mandatory, no exemptions)

Job Responsibilities

Perform radiology diagnostic imaging procedures including fluoroscopy, OR, orthopedics, X-ray, and CT.
Provide imaging services for multiple departments such as oncology, neurosurgery, large orthopedic practice, family practice, internal medicine, urology, women’s health, pediatrics, and more.
Work in a 78-bed hospital environment, often fast-paced and requiring autonomy, confidence, and high skill level.
Maintain proper safety techniques and produce high-quality films.

Schedule

Full-time position
Workdays: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other weekend
Shift hours: 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM
No on-call required

Experience Requirements

Specialty: Diagnostic Imaging (Radiologic Technology with CT)
Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year (implied by requirement for certifications and skill level)
Prior travel experience: Not explicitly required

Candidates must be located at least 75 miles away from the facility (radius rule).
