· Number of Staff – about 35 therapists and 50 nurses

· Type of staff:

o Day Shift – 8 OTs, 8 PTs, 1 Rehab Aide, 7 Nurses, 3 PCTs, 1 UC

o Night Shift - NA

· Patient Ratios – NA. Expecting 5/12-6 hours of treatment

· Type of equipment – H200/L300, BURT

· EMR -Meditech
