Travel Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) – Amsterdam, New York

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Travel Med-Surg (MS) Registered Nurse to join a dynamic healthcare team in Amsterdam, New York. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled RN who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care while exploring new locations.

Position Details:

Specialty: Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg)
Location: Amsterdam, NY
Assignment Type: Travel Contract
Start Date: Flexible (based on availability)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in a Med-Surg unit
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements:

Active New York State (NYS) Registered Nurse (RN) license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Minimum of 2 years of Med-Surg nursing experience
At least 1 year of travel nursing experience (renewals preferred)
