Description

Tripiod Partners is hiring an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse for a high-volume, multi-specialty surgical environment. The department operates twelve OR suites and handles approximately twenty-five to thirty cases per day, with a primary focus on general surgery and orthopedics along with plastics, neuro, vascular, ENT, GYN, urology, GI, pain management, cardiac, thoracic, hybrid vascular, and podiatry procedures.

This role requires strong core OR circulating skills and the flexibility to support a wide variety of case types and surgical teams. Nurses should be comfortable working with diverse surgical equipment and specialty devices, with vendor support frequently present across services.

Call is required, averaging four to five shifts per month, and cases during call may span multiple specialties. RNs are expected to take call and float across OR service lines as needed, but will not be assigned to other departments without prior experience. Candidates with recent, well-rounded OR experience and a team-focused approach are encouraged to apply through Tripiod Partners.
