Description
NorTek Medical Staffing is seeking a compassionate and mission-driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a national provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in Richardson, Texas. This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
The BCBA will play a critical role in conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to drive meaningful, long-term outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional evaluations
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing feedback to behavior technicians (RBTs/BTs)
Provide direct ABA therapy services as needed
Train, educate, and support parents and caregivers in behavior management strategies
Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support consistent, positive outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and evidence-based ABA practices
Excellent communication, collaboration, and clinical problem-solving skills
Experience
Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder strongly preferred
Background in behavior management, parent training, and child development preferred
Ability to design and adapt individualized treatment plans for diverse client needs

Day shift (clinic-based schedule)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $75,000 – $95,000 annually (based on experience)
