Position Overview
NorTek Medical Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist for a full-time clinical opportunity in Powell, Ohio. This role provides an excellent chance to positively impact clients’ emotional well-being and mental health across diverse age groups.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care
Conduct individual therapy sessions and comprehensive client assessments.
Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including CBT and trauma-informed care.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate clients and families on coping strategies, therapy goals, and self-care techniques.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic care.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Foster a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
Licensure eligible or active in Ohio as LPC, LPCC, MSW LSW, LISW, or equivalent.
Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Compassionate, client-centered approach with a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with diverse age groups (children, adolescents, adults).
Background in trauma-informed therapy, CBT, or outpatient mental health care.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus for the Powell, OH community.
Experience in school-based or private practice therapy settings.
Work Schedule
Full-time position
Hybrid role with flexibility for some remote work; on-site sessions required
Standard weekday schedule
No relocation assistance provided
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $60,000 – $85,000 annually
