They are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with experience in dementia and recovery care to join their team in Plantation, FL.
Compensation & Benefits
• $40,000 – $52,000 total annual compensation (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Personal Care Support
• Assist clients with activities of daily living including hygiene, grooming, mobility, and feeding
• Preserve client dignity and promote independence
Health Monitoring
• Observe, document, and report changes in condition
• Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure timely interventions
Medication & Safety
• Provide medication reminders
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free environment
Companionship
• Build meaningful relationships with clients
• Provide emotional support and encourage social engagement
Specialized Care
• Apply dementia care best practices
• Support individualized recovery plans
Qualifications
• Current Florida CNA license (required)
• Hands-on patient care experience
• Dementia or memory care experience strongly preferred
• CPR & First Aid certification preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
