📋 Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (Peds Psych strongly preferred).

Active License: Oklahoma RN License required (Compact accepted).

Age: Must be 21+ years of age per facility safety protocols.

Background: Must pass the specific OKDHS background check (can take extra time).

Certs: BLS required; strong crisis management training (e.g., CPI or SAMA) is highly valued.
