Travel/Local ocntract Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: NM

Schedule: 36 Hours/Week

Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced and adaptable Travel LPN for a 13-week assignment. This role offers the charm of a small New England town with the convenience of being just minutes away from Nashua and Manchester. It is an ideal spot for a traveler who enjoys community-focused care and scenic surroundings.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence: Oversee medication administration and clinical treatments (wound care, IV therapy monitoring, etc.) for a diverse patient population.

Assessments: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and report changes in condition to the RN or physician.

Documentation: Maintain precise and timely medical records via the facility’s EMR system in compliance with NH state standards.

Patient Advocacy: Coordinate with CNAs and interdisciplinary teams to ensure resident comfort, safety, and adherence to care plans.

Requirements
Licensure: Active New Hampshire (NH) LPN License or a valid Compact/Multi-State License.

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of recent clinical experience (LTC or Rehab preferred).

Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification.

Traveler Mindset: Ability to integrate quickly into a new facility and work independently during 12-hour shifts.
