📋 Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience (required).

Licensure: Active California (CA) RN License in good standing.

Certifications: ACLS, PALS, and CPR are mandatory.

Future-Proof: Must be willing to obtain TNCC within one year (if not already held).

Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate at all organizational levels.
