Shift: 12-hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Schedule: 36 hours per week

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive care to women during labor, delivery, postpartum, and to newborns. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring safety, comfort, and education for both mother and infant.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform patient assessments and monitor labor progression
Assist with C-sections and inductions
Provide care during labor, delivery, and postpartum
Deliver newborn care and patient education
Prepare delivery rooms and maintain a sterile environment
Administer IV medications and follow infection control protocols
Offer emotional support to patients and families
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Coordinate patient transfers when required
Required Qualifications:
Active RN License (Colorado)
Minimum 7 years of nursing experience
Strong experience in Labor & Delivery / Obstetrics care
Required Certifications:
BLS (Basic Life Support) / CPR
Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP)
ACLS (within one year of employment)
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 4 years of Obstetrics experience
Strong understanding of maternal and newborn care
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
