β¨ Position Highlights:
π Location: State College, Pennsylvania
π Start Date: ASAP
β³ Duration: 13 Weeks
π Shift: Nights (6:45PMβ7:15AM)
π Schedule: 3x12s | Every Other Weekend & Holiday
πΌ Openings: 2 positions
π©Ί Role Overview:
Work in a dynamic critical care environment providing care to pediatric through geriatric patients with life-threatening conditions. You will:
Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
Monitor and manage critically ill patients, including cardiac and hemodynamic instability
Recognize and respond to arrhythmias and emergency situations
Maintain airway, ventilation, and overall patient stability
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Assist with advanced procedures including temporary pacemaker support and transports

Work under AACN standards of critical care nursing
Opportunity to support a facility transitioning to EPIC (5/30) β EPIC experience highly preferred
Strong clinical exposure in both ICU & PCU settings
β Requirements:
Active RN License
2+ years ICU/PCU experience
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS required
Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
π» EMR: Meditech (transitioning to EPIC)
π Holiday Coverage: Required
