Position: RN – Med/Surg (Days)
Location: State College, PA
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: 06:45 AM – 07:15 PM (12 hrs)

Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Med/Surg RN to join a reputable healthcare facility. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will collaborate closely with the care team while ensuring excellent patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Active Pennsylvania RN License
Minimum 2 years of RN experience
Strong experience in Med/Surg (Adult/Ortho preferred)
Current BLS certification (AHA)
EPIC experience preferred
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care and monitor patient conditions
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure a safe and supportive patient environment

Additional Info:

36 hours/week guaranteed
Every other weekend required
No on-call
Holiday coverage required
