📍 Location: Lawton, OK 73505
⏳ Duration: 13 Weeks
🕒 Shift: Days (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday) + Call
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

🏥 Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Operating Room Registered Nurses (RN) to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced perioperative environment. The RN will support surgical teams, ensure adherence to sterile techniques, and provide comprehensive care across all patient populations.

✅ Must-Have Skills:

✔ Active Oklahoma RN License
✔ Strong Operating Room (OR) experience
✔ Knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical procedures
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

📌 Experience Required:

✔ Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience (strict requirement)
✔ Experience in perioperative care across diverse patient populations

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the operating room
• Assist surgeons and surgical team during procedures
• Maintain sterile field and ensure infection control standards
• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
• Monitor patient condition before, during, and after surgery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in Allscripts EMR
