🌈 Travel CT / Vascular Tech: Adventure in Hilo, HI
Find your "Aloha" on the lush side of the Big Island! We are seeking a highly skilled and independent CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Hilo. This is a high-paying opportunity for a tech who loves the fast-paced environment of an acute care hospital and wants to spend their 3-day weekends exploring volcanoes and black sand beaches.
💰 Compensation & Schedule
Weekly Gross: $3,011.00
Weekly Stipends: $2,219.00 (Tax-Free)
Weekly Taxable: $792.00
Shift: 10-Hour Varied Shifts (36 hours/week)
On-Call: No Call! 🏝️
Duration: 13 Weeks | Start Date: ASAP
📋 The Role: Clinical Independence
You will be expected to hit the ground running, functioning as a solo tech when needed and maintaining high-quality scan protocols.
Equipment: Primary operation of Canon/Toshiba CT units and Vitrea workstations (Preferred).
Scope: Perform routine CT scans according to radiologist protocols.
Advanced Skills: Candidates with experience in Vascular/Cardiac imaging, Trauma, Stroke, or assisting with biopsies and drainages will be highly competitive.
Technology: Documenting care and workflow within the Meditech EMR.
✅ Minimum Requirements
Experience: Minimum two (2) years of work experience in an acute hospital setting.
Licensure: Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license (Radiographer).
Note: If you don't have one, you must apply immediately upon offer acceptance!
Certification:
ARRT (CT) required.
Current AHA BLS required.
Compliance: Proof of Flu Vaccination (or approved exception) required prior to start.

Proficiency in Venipuncture.
Experience performing MIP, MPR, and 3D imaging.
