💰 Compensation
Annual Salary: $119,000 – $158,000
💼 What You’ll Do
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the Occupational Therapy department
Supervise and mentor COTAs and rehab staff
Oversee clinical education, competency, and staff development
Ensure compliance with state regulations and professional standards
Maintain and update policies, procedures, and documentation standards
Deliver direct patient care (~80%) across inpatient and outpatient settings
Support program development and administrative initiatives (~20%)
✅ Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active California OT License (or eligibility)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Occupational Therapy
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
⭐ Preferred
Membership with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
Prior leadership or supervisory experience
