✨ Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support Med Surg and Emergency Department services in a Critical Access Hospital setting. Ideal candidates will have strong Med Surg experience with spine/ortho post-op care and the ability to provide emergency nursing support when needed.

🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✔ Active, unrestricted Colorado RN License
✔ ACLS Certification
✔ BLS Certification
✔ PALS Certification
✔ TNCC Certification
✔ Strong Med Surg nursing skills
✔ Emergency Department support experience
✔ Spine / Ortho post-op patient care experience

🔹 Experience Required:
✔ Minimum 4 years of RN experience required
✔ Med Surg experience required
✔ Critical Access Hospital experience preferred

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care for Med Surg patients
• Support Emergency Department patient care as needed
• Manage spine/ortho post-op patients with emphasis on recovery care
• Perform assessments, medication administration, and treatments
• Maintain patient ratio standards (1:5)
• Respond to emergencies and changing patient conditions
• Complete timely documentation in EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
