Travel Risk & Patient Safety Manager RN
📍 Location: Cody, WY

🩺 Requirements:
• Active Wyoming RN License
• BSN required (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 5 years healthcare experience
• Strong knowledge of Risk Management, Patient Safety & Performance Improvement
• Experience with regulatory compliance, reporting, and investigations
• LEAN / Performance Improvement training preferred
• CPHRM preferred (or obtain within 1 year)
• EPIC EMR experience preferred

📌 Responsibilities:
• Support organizational risk management and patient safety initiatives
• Investigate incidents, claims, adverse events, and safety concerns
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and track corrective action plans
• Analyze trends and collaborate with leadership on improvement plans
• Manage patient complaints and grievance processes
• Prepare reports, summaries, and committee presentations
• Assist with policy development and regulatory compliance
• Educate staff on patient safety and risk management topics
