Description
EXP: At least 5 years of experience in healthcare OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Has a working knowledge of current hospital concepts in risk management, patient safety, performance improvement and regulatory requirements. Experience preparing and maintaining records and writing reports.
EMR: EPIC
CERTS/REQUIREMENTS: Current, active licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wyoming Required Wyoming licensed Registered Nurse required. Minimum education of BSN required. LEAN, Performance Improvement, Risk Management or Patient Safety training preferred. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree or higher preferred
Required Certifications: Certification as a Professional in Health Care Risk Management (CPHRM) preferred. If not currently CPHRM certified, the candidate must obtain certification within one (1) year of hire. Preferred Qualifications: Training or experience in LEAN methodologies, Performance Improvement, Risk Management and Patient Safety
